Mediator Aletta Renken
Aletta Renken is an experienced business mediator with a legal background. She likes to help the parties find a self-chosen and lasting solution to their conflict. Based on her independent role and expertise, she assists the parties in explaining their side of the story and in doing justice to their wishes, concerns and needs. She listens carefully, enquires about matters that lie beneath the surface and is mindful of the mutual communication and personal interests of the parties. Showing respect, ability to put things into perspective, calm and a sense of humour, Aletta offers a safe environment in which the parties can gain new insights and make good assessments. This helps them to focus on the future and to be open to possible solutions.
